NO REFUNDS ARE AVAILABLE ON ANY BEAUTIFUL HAIR PRODUCTS HAIR CARE-- because of sanitary reasons and the COVID-19 pandemic. NO REFUNDS will be given.
Hair Spa Steamer Return Policy:
Returns accepted within 30 days of your purchase.
Returns will be given as a store credit towards another steamer. The customer is responsible for repacking and sending the product back in its original box (save your box) to the return address that will be emailed to them. An authorization will be given.
Shipping cost will be the customer's responsibility.
Take picture(s) or video(s) of the issue(s).
Email a copy of your receipt, along with pictures/videos.

Your satisfaction is our ultimate goal. We work hard to earn your trust and future business. Our certified technicians have tested each item before shipping. The unit comes with a 1 year limited warranty on all manufacturing defects.
a) If you receive a defective steamer, you may return it.
Please contact us no later than 14 days after you receive the package if there are any unforeseen issues.
b) We will cover the cost of shipping if, in fact, there is a manufacturing defect. You will receive a new unit or a refund of the full payment if issues cannot be resolved.
ALL OTHER products:
The item(s) in question will be EXCHANGED ONLY if damaged from transit to you.
For exchanges to occur, the following must be followed:
• Return UNOPENED product(s)
• Photo of the damaged product (and receipt) must be returned within 3 business days of your receiving it.
*For your protection, and to ensure prompt delivery, we recommend that you send your return item(s) via USPS or insured. Please note that return shipping fees are NOT refundable and is the responsibility of the customer.
If a package is returned to us as 'non-deliverable' (from a wrong address), you may have your package reshipped to you, however, you are responsible for the reshipment cost.
