Refund policy

NO REFUNDS ON ANY BEAUTIFUL HAIR PRODUCTS-- because of sanitary issues with personal products, NO REFUNDS will be given.  STORE CREDIT ONLY (see below)

ALL OTHER products:
The item(s) in question will be EXCHANGED for STORE CREDIT ONLY if damaged from transit to you.

For exchanges to occur, the following MUST be followed:
• Return UNOPENED/UNUSED product(s)
• Photo of the damaged/exchanged product (and original receipt/order number) must be returned within 3 business days of your receiving it.

*For your protection, and to ensure prompt delivery, we recommend that you send your return item(s) via USPS or insured. Please note that return shipping fees are NOT refundable and are the responsibility of the CUSTOMER.

If a package is returned to us as 'non-deliverable (from a wrong address), you may have your package reshipped to you, however, YOU are responsible for the reshipment cost.

If you meet all the exchange/store credit requirements, send your item(s) to:

*Once your item(s) have been received, please allow 7-10 business days for your exchange to be complete and the exchanged items sent to you. You will receive an email stating the completion along with your tracking number.
