NO REFUNDS ARE AVAILABLE ON ANY BEAUTIFUL HAIR PRODUCTS HAIR CARE-- due to sanitary reasons and the COVID-19 pandemic. NO REFUNDS will be given.  

The item(s) in question will be EXCHANGED ONLY if damaged in transit to you.

For exchanges to occur, the following must be followed:
• Return UNOPENED product(s)
• Photo of the damaged product (and receipt) must be returned within 3 business days of your receiving it.

*For your protection, and to ensure prompt delivery, we recommend that you send your return item(s) via USPS or insured. Please note that return shipping fees are NOT refundable and is the responsibility of the customer.

If a package is returned to us as 'non-deliverable' (from a wrong address), you may have your package reshipped to you, however, you are responsible for the reshipment cost.

Please make sure you put items back in their original packaging before you send them back to us. All products are subject to inspection once we receive them.

The manufacturer accepts returns within 30 days of your purchase (for damaged product); and they offer a limited warranty.

 Take pictures of the steamer which shows the defect clearly and contact me here to determine if it's eligible for replacement.

Yes, Of course! Just like your consultant should've "shown" you how to "band" your hair FIRST, before shampooing, is exactly how you would do before using BHP. You must *baby* your hair in the beginning until your hair locks; but this should not exclude moisturizing your scalp and hair. Gentleness is key and banding is a must.

*Note: when you spritz your hair, focus on your *scalp* - the moisture will tickle down to your hair.
