In this video, I went live on YouTube, Instagram, and on my Facebook group, as I demonstrated how to roll your Sisterlocks on these "heatless" soft foam hair rollers.

Sisterlocks are very versatile, convenient and beautiful.
Wearing this hairstyle minimalizes hair damage, and in this case, heat damage.
I personally, do not use heat in my hair. I use rollers that will get the job done without damaging my hair.
If I roll my hair mid-week, I use my moisturizing hair spray to dampen it. I apply a dollop of my hair creme conditioner (leave-in or wash out).
I allow my hair to dry completely. It usually takes 2 days for my hair to dry.
If you can't afford 2 days for your hair to dry, then you have to do what you have to do...sit under a hair dryer, if you must.
