After five months of being “under wraps,” I finally went live again, Queen—and what a powerful night it was! My first Welcome Wednesday back reminded me (and so many of you) that our Sisterlocks journey is more than just hair—it’s a healing journey for our spirit too.
During the live, I shared how a simple fall led me into a new season—a season of clarity, faith, and purpose. Out of that came renewed wisdom about hair care for women with low-porosity Sisterlocks, especially those struggling with dryness, buildup, or dullness.
We explored how low-porosity hair, with its tightly closed cuticles, holds on to moisture once it gets in—but needs a little help to open up and receive it. That’s where hydration rituals and steaming become divine therapy for your crown.
