Ready To Be You Wig Exchange Policy
NO REFUNDS AVAILABLE. EXCHANGES ONLY for a "Store Credit" towards a wig of EQUAL or LESSER VALUE.
IMPORTANT: BEFORE you place your wig order, please make sure the wig unit you have selected is right for you.
To be eligible for an exchange, item(s) MUST NOT be altered and MUST be in factory condition with ALL tags attached and in its original packaging. Item(s) that have been brushed out, have product applied to them, or show any other signs of wear are NOT eligible for exchange.
Clearance, discounted, custom, and display items CANNOT be returned or exchanged.
Accessories and costume wigs are also NOT eligible for return or exchange. Item(s) must be mailed back postmarked within 14 days of the original invoice date.
An eligible item may be returned for a 'store credit' only, subject to a 25% restocking fee. You have six months from the original invoice date to use your store credit before it expires.
An eligible item may be exchanged for another item of equal or lesser value. YOU are responsible to pay the additional return shipping charges.
The Process for Completing an Exchange
1) Please send the item(s) back in a sturdy cardboard box and be sure to include a copy of the original invoice or include the invoice number from the invoice.
2) For the exchanged item(s) that you want, kindly indicate the item ID number/name (from the title of the item on the product page in the store) and include this as a note in the returned package. The NEW wig unit that you want to use your store credit for MUST be of EQUAL or LESSER VALUE than the wig you're exchanging/returning.
3) Send an "Exchange" confirmation email to Rene@BeautifulHairProducts.com
**Subject Line MUST READ: WIG EXCHANGE CONFIRMATION Invoice# XXXX (whatever your invoice numbers are replace the X's for those numbers).
